Biography
Clare Mitchell graduated from the University of Dayton in 1991 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology. She attended the University of Toledo evening law program and earned her Juris Doctorate in December of 2002. She was admitted to practice in May of 2003. She focuses her practice on Family Law including divorce, dissolution, domestic violence and custody issues in Lucas, Wood, Fulton, Henry and Hancock Counties. She has advocated for abused, neglected and dependent youth as a Lucas County court appointed Guardian Ad Litem for over 8 years, and is active in the Toledo Bar Association’s volunteer programs for both the Domestic Relations and Juvenile Court divisions. Her hobbies include running, cycling, scuba diving, traveling, and spending time with her daughters.
